THE PROJECT
External-Facing and Internal Content Support.
GoGuardian needed end-to-end content writing and support for their product services team and customer portals, particularly surrounding client grant resources. I oversaw the develop of product user guides, web and app content across , and strings for all user touch points across 3 software products.
In addition, I created a comprehensive library of learning pathways (GoGuardian Teacher) and support manuals for sales and professional services teams across four software products. This simplified internal workflows and provided easily accessible resources for both users and internal support teams.
THE STRATEGY
User-Centered Design Principles. I ensured that all content was localized and accessible at a 6th-grade reading level, maintaining consistency across products and markets.
Additionally, I implemented scalable content processes to ensure future content development could be efficiently replicated.
