GoGuardian’s Professional Services and Sales teams needed a centralized, easy-to-navigate system to communicate product value across four software platforms. I developed an internal enablement content strategy that streamlined UI, standardized messaging, and empowered teams with reusable, accessible support tools—all embedded within daily workflows.
THE STRATEGY
Structuring Knowledge.
I began by collaborating with professional services, revenue, and marketing teams to audit existing product training docs, internal playbooks, and onboarding flows. I then designed a scalable content system that included interactive support manuals, modular UI copy templates, and contextual help guides—all housed in a searchable knowledge hub. Each piece aligned with GoGuardian’s tone and supported team-specific use cases without redundancy.
